All of our deliveries are white glove, meaning they will bring in the furniture you purchased, put it in the place you would like, and set up anything that is necessary to set up. If our delivery men are uncomfortable with any circumstances upon arrival (for example, a way too narrow staircase they physically will not fit the item), they can refuse and your delivery charge will be refunded. This is of course in the rarest possible cases, as we make every effort to deliver your furniture.
Our delivery men will not take away or move any existing furniture in your home. This has to do with liability purposes as we do not want to be responsible if something were to happen to your old furniture, or something were to be damaged in your home in the process. Please have the space clear before receiving a delivery. Most Goodwills offer pick up services for furniture or other large items that are hard to transport. Contact your local Goodwill to find out whether or not pick-up service is available in your community.
