What Are The Delivery/Pickup Options? What Can I Expect?

All our furniture arrives from Amish Country right to our store. From there you may choose to pick it up or have it delivered. We ask at the time of ordering which you’d prefer, but you don’t have to choose until your furniture arrives in our store.

You may pick up from the store for no cost. If you choose to pick up, we’ll contact you when the furniture arrives. Be aware that our furniture does not arrive in boxes or in any packaging – we transport it with moving blankets and we suggest you bring blankets when picking up. Amish furniture can be very heavy depending on which pieces you get, so it’s important that whoever is picking up be confident lifting heavy pieces. We usually have one person available to assist you in loading your vehicle – it’s best to call the store beforehand to let us know you’re coming so we can make sure someone will be able to assist you.

You may also opt to have your furniture delivered. We have an amazing delivery team that transports your furniture with care and sets it up right where you want it. When your furniture is finished, we’ll call you to set up a time. We typically will provide a 3-hour window. Our truck delivers in different areas depending on the day, so we’ll usually have a certain day that we’re in your area. However, we always try to be flexible with your schedule!
