Do you offer a warranty?

Yes, all our furniture is sold with a one year warranty against manufacturer’s defects as posted below:

ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
All products, including but not limited to: dining tables, chairs & bar stools, occasional tables, desks,
beds, case goods, buffets & sideboards, hutches, jewelry boxes, TV Stands, benches, bookcases,
electrical components and handles incorporated into any of our products are under warranty by The
Amish Furniture Collection for a period of 1 year from the date of initial possession by the customer, to
be free of any material manufacturing defects.

LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have additional legal rights that vary from
state to state.

These Limited Warranties are non-transferable and are given to the original retail purchaser only. These
Limited Warranties do not apply to rental, business, commercial, institutional or other non-residential
usage.

These Limited Warranties do not cover in-store samples or products marked “as is”. These
Limited Warranties do not cover minor differences between your furniture and in-store samples, printed
materials, or Internet displays. These Limited Warranties do not cover improper use or abuse occurring
after the date of sale. These Limited Warranties do not cover damage due to movement of the wood due
to temperature or moisture. These Limited Warranties do not cover damage due to any chemical
treatment or protective coatings applied after the date of sale to woods, fabrics, and other components
of the product and any such treatments void the warranty of The Amish Furniture Collection. These
Limited Warranties do not cover normal fading, pilling, wrinkling, shrinkage, stretching, wear and
color loss of fabrics and leathers.

All warranties are subject to the availability of repair and replacement parts.

The following are not defects:
Knots, mineral streaks and deposits, pitch pockets and other natural features of wood, variations in
wood grain and color, and natural darkening of wood over time. These are all natural characteristics of
wood that enhance its beauty.
Leather stretching and shrinkage, oil absorption, patina development, color and grain variations,
wrinkles, scratches, healed scars and other natural markings. These are natural and unique traits of
leather.

REMEDY AND CLAIM PROCEDURE:
Under these Limited Warranties, The Amish Furniture Collection’s exclusive obligation during the
warranty period is to repair or replace, at it’s option, any part or parts found, upon examination of an
authorized employee of The Amish Furniture Collection, to contain a material manufacturing defect.
The Amish Furniture Collection will pay, during the warranty period, to ship the products from the
showroom location to the original or manufacturer or equivalent repair person. The Amish Furniture
Collection also reserves the right to repair the product in-house by an authorized employee of The
Amish Furniture Collection. After the one year warranty period, the original retail purchaser will be
responsible for all parts, labor, packing and shipping and transportation costs. The Amish Furniture
Collection reserves the right to substitute any unavailable parts with ones of equal or greater value.
