Will Delivery People Set Up My Furniture? Will They Remove My Old Furniture?
At our The Amish Furniture Collection, we understand that purchasing new furniture can be a big investment, and we want to ensure that the delivery process is as smooth and stress-free as possible. That’s why all of our deliveries are white glove, meaning our delivery team will take care of everything from start to finish.
When our team arrives at your home, they will bring in the furniture you purchased, place it in the room of your choice, and set up anything that is necessary to be set up. This means you won’t have to lift a finger or worry about figuring out how to put your new furniture together.
While we make every effort to deliver your furniture, there may be rare cases where our delivery team is unable to do so due to certain circumstances upon arrival. For example, if the staircase in your home is too narrow for the item to fit, our team may refuse the delivery. In these cases, the delivery charge will be refunded. However, please note that this is a rare occurrence, and we will do everything we can to ensure your furniture is delivered successfully.
Our delivery people also won’t set up cribs due to liability reasons.
Another important thing to note is that our delivery team will not take away or move any existing furniture in your home. This is for liability purposes, as we do not want to be responsible for any damage that may occur to your old furniture or your home during the process. Therefore, it’s crucial that you have the space clear before our team arrives to make the delivery.
If you need assistance with disposing of old furniture, most Goodwills offer pick up services for furniture or other large items that are hard to transport. Contact your local Goodwill to find out if pick-up service is available in your community.
Overall, our goal is to make the delivery process as easy and hassle-free as possible. We want you to be able to enjoy your new furniture as soon as possible, and our white glove delivery service is designed to do just that.
